Located in a quiet residence, facing the small beach of Presses in Saint Philibert, this house is ideal for relaxing family holidays, facing the sea. Located 5 minutes by bike from the village, it offers a view of the entrance to the marina in La Trinité-sur-mer. Ideal for worry-free holidays.
This warm terraced house offers a pleasant common room that integrates kitchen, living room and dining room. The decorative fireplace is not usable.
It is the true heart of the house. It opens onto the terrace with its sea view.
Upstairs, the night area consists of three bedrooms accommodating six people and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
The house is equipped with a garage converted into a laundry room (washing machine+tumble dryer) and storage space. A shower cabin usable in summer allows rinsing after returning from the beach.
