Location, Location, Location. This incredibly inviting and charming home is located on Historic Daly Avenue in the heart of old town Park City. Less than a 5 minute walk to Main St, and within 1 mile of both Deer Valley Resort and PCMR. Whether you're here to vacation in the winter or summer months, this beautifully appointed home has everything you can possibly imagine and then some.
****Please note: This property has long term tenants in the upstairs unit. While we want our guests to enjoy their stay to the fullest and have a wonderful stay, we want guests to be aware that this is NOT a party house and quiet hours shall be observed from (10:00pm-7:00am) Please stay up at late as you desire, however guests need to be respectful of our upstairs renters! We spent 31 days at this house, which had lots of Park City charm and you can not beat the location above Main Street. The space is ample and there is great storage in the laundry room for ski items and empty luggage. Main Street is minutes away down Daly Ave and there is a fabulous trail head at the top of the dead end street, which our dog loved. Upon arrival there was not any welcome sheet or info on the wifi along with home details. We arrived to a broken oven which was replaced promptly along with the fridge but there was no warning on this prior to our arrival. Please note that the house does occupy an upstairs long term tenant and the old floors make that quiet obvious especially late at night. We were surprised by this as the listing details say "entire home" which is incorrect and deceiving. There are some cleaning supplies on hand, but many of the bottles were empty and there is nothing to mop the floors with. It appeared the ceiling fans had not been cleaned in a long time. Sheets and towels were only OK, all could use a refresh. The kitchen is nice size and decently equipped if you like to cook. All in a all a decent set up with a great location.
