The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming 31 m² cottage in Eppe-Sauvage for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.
For larger groups, a second adjoining cottage sleeping 4 people is also available to rent.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 15 m² living area with a TV (access to over 100 channels, including digital terrestrial TV), a wood-burning stove, a double sofa bed, a dining area and a kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, a mini-oven, a microwave, a toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso Magimix coffee machine…
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: a fan, a washing machine, a plancha and an iron.
Outdoors:
- A 14 m² south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The cottage is ideally situated in a residential complex in Eppe-Sauvage, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
Activities:
- Aquatica Centre: lap pool, leisure pool with waves, saunas and a steam room for relaxation. The centre is a 15-minute walk from the cottage (entry fees are payable on site).
- Water sports: sailing, catamaran sailing, windsurfing, kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding, with equipment and lessons available for all levels
- Land-based activities: hiking, cycling, horse riding and nature activities to discover the local flora and fauna and enjoy the great outdoors
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the estate’s car park, near the cottage. Four charging points for electric vehicles are also available for all cottages.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Maubeuge, 30 km away
- Nearest airport: Lille-Lesquin, 115 km away
