About this house rental
This is a completely renovated house 1/4 mile from the entrance to JMU. Plenty of room for up to 6 guests comfortably, and enough room for two additional guests on pullout couch (Twin) and air mattress (Twin) . Plenty of parking and a spacious back yard and deck. This house is probably the closest house you can find to JMU, located just off Port Republic Rd. Walking distance to campus, restaurants, and there is a beautiful park down the street. This house is practically new and has everything you need for a great stay.

This is a great house. Super convenient to JMU. 30 minute walk to downtown Harrisonburg with plenty of sidewalks and crosswalks. Very quiet neighborhood right next to a great park with tennis and pickleball courts, lighted basketball court and walking paths. Big fenced in backyard with fire pit. You can hear the traffic from 81, but it’s like background noise.
Kitchen was well stocked, property was very clean and had plenty of parking. We would definitely stay here again.
