Perfect retreat for your family vacation! Updated and spacious 2-bedroom and a den condo conveniently located on the bay side of 104th Street, a few blocks from the beach. This condo has all the comforts of home with plenty of living room seating, a full kitchen with a drip coffee maker, 2 40" TVs, with cable and Roku. Our Place at the Beach features one of the largest pools in Ocean City and is also convenient to restaurants and shops. Bed sizes include a new queen bed in the Primary, 2 single beds in the second bedroom, a queen daybed w/trundle, and a single sleep chair in the den area to sleep a family of 8.
The owner has even supplied some beach chairs and beach toys for your use. This property rents any 3 nights all year.
Guests supplies all sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
Non-smoking. No pets, please. The property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
