Beautiful, fully renovated apartment in a beachfront residence on the 5th floor with an elevator. East- and west-facing, 2 terraces. Direct access to the beach—a 2-minute walk.
The apartment features an entryway with storage and a separate restroom.
Beautiful living room with dining and sitting areas, opening onto a fully furnished and equipped open-concept kitchen. The main room opens onto a terrace with ocean views (deck chairs, table, and chairs).
Three bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with a 160-size bed opening onto a terrace with a sea view. 2 bedrooms with 2 sets of twin beds (190x90) and windows overlooking the sea.
You’ll fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves… it’s divine!
1 bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit, towel warmer, washer, and dryer.
Private underground parking space.
Internet access (modem).
Large flat-screen TV.
10-minute walk from downtown.
Direct access to the beach.
10-minute walk from the Dives-sur-Mer fish market.

It was excellent! Above our expectations, we highly recommend booking this condo. Fantastic view of the ocean from all rooms. Clean, well maintained and a warm welcome. Fantastic stay, you should not hesitate to rent this place.
