I recently stayed at 121 Glaciers Reach, a cozy 2-bedroom townhouse right in Whistler Village, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Village Stroll. The free shuttle stop to the ski lifts is right across the street, which made getting to Whistler and Blackcomb slopes super easy.The unit itself was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, with a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and a nice living area with a fireplace. The highlight for me was definitely the private hot tub on the deck — perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing or biking. The shared outdoor pool and common hot tub were also great amenities, and the area felt quiet and safe.The check-in process was smooth with clear instructions, and communication with the host was quick and friendly. Only small downside was that the stairs are a bit narrow, so it’s something to note if you have large luggage or mobility issues. Parking was convenient and included, which is a plus in Whistler.Overall, it’s a great value for a family or small group, with everything you need for a relaxing mountain getaway.

Have stayed in this complex before but this suite was very disappointing. My son stepped on a shard of glass on the living room carpet and cut his foot. We found two more shards of glass. Was it not vacuumed? Half-eaten bag of candies found under the couch (while searching for our son's toy car). Luckily we found them before he did. Hot tub water was dirty. Pulled the couch pillow off, and it was absolutely filthy. Coffee filter also hadn't been washed. I would NOT return to this suite again.
