MODERN MARVEL at Gearhart Beach, Oregon: Enjoy the panoramic views of the ocean from the top floor in the natural light filled rooms, complete with heated bathroom floors, quartz countertops, pillow-top mattresses and fine linens, which ensure a first class vacation experience. The top floor features a large kitchen with quartz counter tops, eating bar, and stainless appliances. The kitchen opens into the large living room with stone gas fireplace,TV/DVD stereo system, and dining area. This seven bedroom home features a master suite with a king bed and full private bath including large soaking tub and separate shower. Two additional bedrooms each featuring queen beds, a full bath, and a laundry room are all found on the top floor. On the main floor you will find four bedrooms and 2.5 baths. This space includes: Master suite with king bed and private bath, two rooms with queen beds, and a bunk room. The main living area features a fully-equipped, open kitchen, stone gas fireplace, TV/DVD stereo system, and a separate laundry room.

Summer 2027: This home will be accepting 7-night reservations coming in on Sunday of each week. Bookings made on any other day of the week will be subject to cancellation unless the guest can stay Sunday to Sunday.
The minimum age for renting is 25 years old.
Per City Ordinance, occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time, that does include visitors stopping by. Children and infants count toward occupancy. All vehicles staying at or visiting a vacation rental must park on the designated spaces on the property and not on the street.
Maximum Occupancy: 16 People
Maximum Vehicles: 5
Please note that the grill will only be available for use May-September.

This was the perfect house for our school class Lewis & Clark trip - 11 middle schoolers and 5 adults! Each chaperone had their own room, there was lots of kitchen and dining space, and the ocean was close enough for lots of swimming. Delightful view from the windows. An ideal getaway place.

Great house as described. The elevator is great for unloading and anyone with mobility problems. The smaller second floor kitchen is definitely not as well stocked as the 3rd floor kitchen. But, overall it was a great house and comfortably fit all 16 of us.

Our family had a great stay at Modern Marvel property. There was plenty of room for every one. All the rooms we clean and well stocked. We chose to stay next year as well and it was great to be anle to reserve in advance.We cook alot and we would have liked to have a few more sizes of pans to cook in. The communication with the host and management company was great. We haven't really had such great communication in any place we have rented in the past.Thank you!

Beautiful home with plenty of room to spread out. Very nice property with access to the beach. The house was clean and the hosts were accessible and friendly. It was so nice to bring our two family pets. Outdoor seating was nice for sunny afternoons. A nice perk was both hot and cold water to wash off sand by the side door of the house. We wished there was a hose. In our party of 16, we just had one complaint about a squeeky bed frame and one king mattress that could use an upgrade. All in all it was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend staying here!
