2026 Beach Update: The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. This house it beautiful, so well appointed, it literally has everything you could possibly need. The property manager is spot on with any questions or anything problems at all. The only thing we could recommend is that the pool and the hot tub be heated all of the time and not have to pay extra for it. We didn't realize that it wasn't included and had to get it turned on, but again Alec, the property manager was so responsive and helpful.

Such an incredible stay. Other than a few Palmetto bugs, which I imagine are a staple of the area and not reflective of the cleanliness of this house, the stay was perfect. The whole time we stayed, we talked about coming back next year. The management team was on point with anything we needed. We never quite figured out the pool/spa heat, but that was mostly user error (and we honestly didn’t need it). Kitchen was amazing. Rooms were big. Plenty of space for my family and friends ranging from infant to elderly. Honestly, this property is 9.5/10.

Much older than we thought. Arrived with fire alarm chirping and were told to take care of it ourselves. There was no working coffee pot which we found out on Thanksgiving morning when all the stores were closed. Notified maintenance number and never received a response. Pool and hot tub were freezing, elevator didn’t work and heating was very inconsistent with hot and co areas. Disappointed! We left a day early!!!!!
