Memorial Day requires a 4-night minimum.

Generally a 7-night minimum depending on the week and availability. Friday-to-Friday or Sunday-to-Sunday stays are preferred.
Fall — September and October
3-night weekend minimum and 2-night midweek minimum.
Labor Day, Columbus Day Weekend, and Thanksgiving require a 4-night minimum.

The house was so versatile and well appointed! We had a large group and found the property to be beautiful and a great place to spend time. Even with rainy weather we were not at a loss for things to do. The kitchen was fantastic for a group. Everything was in fantastic shape and clean! The ramp was fantastic for those that were less mobile. The property was secluded enough that it felt private!

Beautiful home, perfect for our group. Gene is an excellent host, he is always available if we have any questions and always makes sure everything is good to go. We have been coming to Lake Placid for the last 20 years, by far the best place and host we have ever had.
