Guest Access:
The entire property is fenced and gated. You have access to everything on the property except for the garages on either side of the house, which is storage for our cleaning team.
📝 After booking, you’ll receive a short rental agreement with house rules — nothing strict, just the usual to keep things smooth for everyone.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is very close for traveling anywhere in Central Florida. Allows for easy transportation to any destination or travel plans.
Getting Around:
Our home is in a super convenient location — just a 5-minute drive to Downtown Orlando and only 20 minutes to major attractions like Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld. We recommend renting a car for the most flexibility, but Uber and Lyft are easy to use and available anytime. Public transit options like LYNX buses and SunRail are also nearby for budget-friendly exploring. Getting around couldn’t be easier!
*If you are an Electric Vehicle (EV, Tesla, Rivian, Fisker) driver we do have a Stage 2 fast charger (see pictures).

I was difficulties findings a place that could accommodate my friends and I last minute. The host for very responsive and was able to change the dates around to accommodate me. The place was very clean and the backyard was impressive. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend this stay to anyone staying in the Orlando area with a larger group. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay - it happened to be so much busier for us that week than anticipated so we didn’t have time to enjoy all of the toys, games and outdoor spaces, but it all looked so good! The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed! Thank you!

This property features a unique, expansive backyard with plenty of activities to enjoy—from yard games and fishing off the dock to relaxing in the hot tub or lounging in the ample outdoor seating. We especially loved the surround sound music (controlled via Alexa in the Speak Easy shed) and the unique lighting that created a great atmosphere.While the Speak Easy shed isn’t a particularly usable hangout space, it does house a commercial ice machine and an Alexa system for music, which we appreciated having.There’s plenty of parking available with two driveways. The fourth bedroom is located above the garage with a separate entrance and includes a kitchenette and a small bathroom—perfect for added privacy.I did suggest to the owners that they provide a laminated welcome sheet or folder with key information, such as how to adjust the (locked) hot tub temperature, operate the lighting and sound system, and locate the fourth bedroom. While the owners are very responsive to messages, having a reference guide on hand would be a convenient option.Overall, we had 10 family members staying here and had a great time!
