We rent to family groups, married couples, or mature adults over the age of 25. We do not, under any circumstances, rent to groups for proms, graduations, college house parties, etc. Misrepresentation will result in immediate eviction without refund.

** TWO OPTIONS FOR DAMAGE PROTECTION **
1. Damage Protection Insurance – For an additional $79.00, this plan covers up to $3,000 in unintentional damages to the rental unit that may occur during your stay. Report the damage to us, we’ll take care of the rest!
2. Security Deposit - $750 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

This property is well furnished and welcoming. It features beautiful beach views from two porches. The pool and beach access is a short walk from the unit. We hope to return!

Everything was great, except that we had a unit right next to the hall fire door, which, every time it slammed, could be heard in the unit. The staff at C & G were very responsive and helpful

We loved this rental and would definitely stay again. The location allows easy access to the beach and pool. Pride of ownership was evident. The master bedroom is beautifully decorated. The unit is well stocked with items that are seldom provided in other rentals.

Location was perfectBeautiful condo! I would recommend having a toasterContractors working on building 4 - I think I should have been informed 1) Access to beach boarded up, had to use building 32) Didn’t have access to shed to get beach chairs and toys3) Painting balcony so they put plastic over glass sliding doors so we Couldn’t see outside or eat on the balcony 4) Two inch nail in pool for building 45) Front entry was torn apart all weekI would recommend this property I
