Enjoy a peaceful alpine escape at this charming apartment for 5, situated on the ground floor of a renovated chalet in Chamonix. Ideal for two couples or a family to stay in at any time of the year, the property is easily accessible with the benefit of a private parking space.
The property is an 8-minute walk from Accro Park and the climbing wall at Lac des Gaillands and a 7-minute drive from Chamonix town centre.
The pleasant open-plan living space has direct access to the terrace and overlooks the shared garden, with views of Mont Blanc, the Aiguille du Midi, and the Bossons Glacier, where deer often appear at dusk! The simple and modern layout creates a friendly atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains. The living room is equipped with an L-shaped sofa and a flat-screen TV.
The well-equipped kitchen is fitted with an oven, an induction hob, a fridge-freezer and a coffee machine. A small bar for two and a dining table complete the space. Outside, the terrace is furnished for outdoor dining in nice weather.

Chamonix Mont-Blanc offers 170 km of ski slopes (Grands-Montets, Brévent-Flégère, Balme-Le Tour-Vallorcine, Les Houches…) and many other sports and cultural activities. At 1,000 meters above sea level, Chamonix offers excellent dining, bars, cafes, cinema, museums, and shopping! If the winter slopes are closed due to avalanche or wind risks, “Cham” offers many other activities: snowshoeing, sledging, cross-country skiing, ice skating, yoga, indoor climbing, swimming, numerous spas…
Summer is also full of activities: hiking, golf, tennis, adventure park, paragliding…
