Incredible BEACHFRONT Location!
Crystal Sands Villa on Sapodilla Bay Beach is unbelievable! The Villa's setting is amazing!!! This southernmost beach on Providenciales is a cove protected from the wind by the surrounding points. It offers shelter for sailboats, many of which moor just off the shore, creating the most picturesque view imaginable. The water is crystal clear. Its aqua tones bounce off the summer clouds and continually display an aura of colors. The beach’s crystal sands sparkle in tranquility! Sunsets are indescribable. Bring your camera. You will want to capture your friends and family in this magnificent setting!
MULIT-FAMILY FUN: The villa is perfect for large families who want to vacation together, but who desire a bit of personal space, as well. It is also perfect for friends who love to travel together, yet have their own space. When you rent our villa, your travel group will be the only tenants on the property.

BEDROOMS: Crystal Sands Villa is one 4 bedroom, 4 bath villa which has two independent 2 bedroom suites. Each of the four bedrooms has a direct view of the beach! The rooms are large, open and airy. In the Beach Level Suite, a third room has two additional twin beds in a bunk bed! In the Penthouse suite, the Owners can obtain a rollaway bed for a child if requested in advance. Sleeps 10 in bedrooms. Recommend 8 adults max and up to 4 small children, if two are infants who sleep in a Pack and Play.
SURROUNDING AREA: Just a short walk to the east, on Sapodilla Hill, is the famous site at which shipwrecked sailors carved their names in stones. These stones still survive. The site is such a national treasure that replicas of some of the carvings have been made and put on display at the airport! Make it a point to include this walk while you are here. We are also very close to Chalk Sound National Park.
RESIDENTIAL: Crystal Sands Villa is located in an exclusive residential area of Providenciales. We have a lovely restaurant, Las Brisas, within walking distance. Other shops, restaurants, activities, sites and facilities are within an easy drive within a 10 square mile area. Renting a car is recommended.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: Custom Check-in (3-4 pm, typically). Every effort is made to offer early check-ins. However, completion of housekeeping depends greatly upon the condition in which the group departing on the same day leaves the villa. Our guests are typically quite respectful and they do leave things as they have found them. 9:30 am Check-out
CHANGEOVER: Saturday only. Our villa typically rents for seven night periods, beginning on Saturdays. We are flexible with last minute availability. Please contact us directly.
AIR CONDITIONING OPTIONAL: Although tropical breezes keep the villa pleasant, optional air conditioning is available at extra charge based on metered usage and a predetermined fixed rate. Included in our rate is a $200 allowance which should cover conservative nighttime usage.

Wonderful family beach especially for young children ( our grandkids are 3-7 ages) and awesome to have the view and walk out to beach but it is not private. You have 10 reserved chairs on a very busy public beach. We do believe that due to windy conditions on Grace Bay many travelers and locals knew this was a much calmer side and protected beach is perhaps why so busy). We had to daily ask people to move and explain these are reserved chairs for renting the house. They loved having the pool to play in as well. House is very well appointed and comfortable but it is 2 separate units The upstairs is a 2 bedroom with full kitchen and baths ( beautiful balcony view) and same set up in the first floor. You can only access the upstairs by going outside and up a flight of stairs. We would stay here again but just felt more accurate description would have prepared our expectations. Noreen that we met on arrival was excellent and owners were very communicative on arrival information.

Right on the beach and the water was amazing. So nice to have chairs and umbrellas to use, others had to pay the vendors for them. We thought the kitchen had all we needed. Didn't use the pool, the water was too cold and there was no need when the ocean was warm, calm and just as clear. We loved the porch and absolutely enjoyed our stay
