Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 1 room (from which 1 bedroom), is 30 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with stove in all rooms (gas). The entrance leads over 1 step directly in the kitchen. The rooms are divided as follows: Bedroom 15 sqm and with 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed, TV and Air conditioning in the room. Kitchen with gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (150 l, freezer), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received only in national language per satellite.

Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday house is situated on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and flowers, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) in a carport.
