Welcome to Park City Apex 407, a stunning contemporary condo in the new Apex community overlooking Canyons Village. With true ski-in/ski-out access, this property offers the ultimate convenience for winter sports enthusiasts. You're just minutes from the vibrant Canyons Village base, where a variety of shops, dining options, and year-round activities await. Perfect for a relaxing or adventure-filled getaway!
This property features two levels, 2,125 square feet with three bedrooms and three bathrooms to sleep up to 10 guests.
From the garage and the elevator you can access the condo via the first or second floor, and step into the great room – one on each floor.
Living Room (Both Levels): This room holds modern furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace and a Smart TV (with a Sonos Soundbar system). You'll also have convenient access to the deck and fabulous surrounding views. Please note that monitors in lower level living room are not for guest use.
Kitchen (Upper Level): Fully equipped gourmet kitchen offers stainless-steel appliances, including a Wolf six-burner gas range with a convection oven and a SubZero refrigerator. There are lovely quartz counters, including a kitchen island.
Kitchenette (Lower Level): This kitchenette offers a Wolf microwave, coffee maker and a two-zone wine fridge making this a convenience for entertaining.
Dining Area (Upper Level): Seating for up to eight guests.

Grand Master suite (upper level) — King size bed, Smart TV and great views from the expansive window. The grand master bathroom offers double sinks, soaking tub and a separate shower with two showerheads.
Master bedroom 2 (lower level) – King bed, smart TV and private bathroom offering a large glass and tile shower.
Bedroom 3/bunk room (lower level) – Full-over-full bunk beds, twin-over-twin bunk beds, and Smart TV. The private bathroom offers a tub/shower combo.

We were there before the mountain opened for my daughter’s training at Ut Olympic Park. Fantastic location for that. Everything was great and we tried to book again for her training in Jan but it was already booked out. This is a beautiful and well appointed home.

The description of the property is fairly deceptive as this is not a true ski in ski out facility.
Had a couple of issues some that went unresolved. Wine fridge broken was told it was going to be fixed it was never fixed. Bathroom vanity light was a strobe light the entire time. Spare bathroom bathtub was clogged had a swamp in the bathtub the entire week. Control 4 is always a risk in any short term rental as most of the time it does not work as described and there’s typically too confusing for your average person. In this case the remote kept timing out making it difficult to change channels. The price was incredibly high compared to local boutique hotels that provided a top level experience.
We chose the Apex because we have friends that live there. We are an extremely experienced traveling family.
