This charming stone house with a private pool is located in the peaceful village of Rasopasno on the island of Krk, offering a tranquil retreat for families or couples. The house is a semi-detached unit, providing complete privacy with its enclosed garden, private pool, and terrace with a barbecue. The home accommodates up to 4 people.
As soon as you enter Villa Antica, you will feel at ease with its cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The living spaces are spread over two floors, covering 57 m², and the property sits on a 500 m² plot with a 32 m² outdoor pool. The open-plan living area includes a kitchen, dining room, and living room, equipped with a comfortable seating area, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. The entire house is air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant stay even on hot summer days.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and there is also a washing machine and drying rack. The dining area features a table for 4, perfect for shared meals. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes. Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests, so you don’t have to worry about packing extra. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer.
The garden is spacious and fully enclosed, offering privacy and safety, especially if you are traveling with children. The large pool is surrounded by sun loungers, and there is a swing set for the kids. Nice accomodation with spaceful, quiet and private outdoor area. The house is small, but good stuffed.

Just got back from our Krk vacation and we cannot fault the place or the owners at all. Communication with the owners was so easy and they were super friendly and helpful. The house was spotless and perfect for our vacation! The location is in a very quiet village with amazing views and easily connected with all parts of the island.
In summary, we have nothing no complaints what so ever and want to thank the owners again for contributing to a great vacation :) we will 100% return in future!

Es war eine sehr schöne Villa, genau so wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben. Alles sehr sauber und die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Alles in allem war ich sehr zufrieden.
