The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. This condo is extremely well appointed. The couches are new and comfortable; dishes and knives are what we would use in our own home. The location is perfect with easy ski in and out access. This unit is obviously well cared for by the owner.

Beds were comfy, home was classy and had anything you could imagine! Every kitchen utensil you could need, hair straightener and dryer, portable fans and heaters, kids play pens, you name it!! We were super impressed! Ver y clean! Only thing that was hard for these Texas peeps was all the steps with the change in elevation! We weren’t ready for that many steps inside. We had to take breaks after coming up the steps to breathe;) otherwise it was a fabulous location to town and had a GREAT ski in and out spot! Host was great to work with also!

This is a big condo that accommodated our group of 4 adults and 4 kids very comfortably. We could easily have had 2 more people and not felt cramped at all. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked pretty much every meal during our stay. The TVs were great and the couches were comfortable. Everything was nice. The main complaint we had was that the hot water heater(s) could not keep up with the demand, which we didn't think was that much, especially for the size of the place. No one seemed to get a nice, hot shower. Similarly, although there is a gorgeous bath tub, there is not enough hot water to fill it more than a few inches. And the lock to the back door doesn't work. As far as location, you can "ski in and ski out" but not without a moderate (several hundred yards) walk and then a steep uphill climb or about 60 stairs depending on which way you go.
