We kindly ask that you assume and expect check-in to be at 4:00 PM, as this is the earliest the property will be ready for your stay.
Resort Policies:
Age Requirement: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old. If you are under 25, please have someone 25 or older from your group complete the booking. The primary guest (25+) must be present and staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation.
Registered Guests Only: All guests staying at the property must be registered, and the total number of guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy.
Occupancy Limit: This 1-bedroom unit accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. The resort does not allow extra guests, even for an additional fee. For groups of 5 or more, please book a larger condo to comply with resort regulations.

Border Hours: The border opens at 6:00 AM and closes at 8:00 PM. Please plan your arrival accordingly.
Self Check-In: The condo has a keypad for self check-in.

Guest Confirmation: Please confirm the number of adults and children in your party, as the resort requires this information.
Resort Fee: The resort collects a one-time fee of $15 for your entire group at check-in (not per guest).

Late Check-Out Fee: $100 for each additional hour beyond the check-out time. This ensures our cleaners have the necessary time to prepare the property for the next guest.
Setting the AC Temperature: Before you leave, please set the thermostat to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. HVAC professionals recommend this to help prevent the AC unit from freezing or experiencing other issues. We've had multiple urgent repairs in the past that could have been avoided by following this guideline. We want your stay (and future guests’ stays) to be as comfortable and issue-free as possible.

Beautiful home with nice amenities…I enjoyed my stay. I had a little struggle in the beginning, trying to get into the property. This was related to the key code not working, which was disappointing, but resolvable. Overall I had a good experience. :)

It was difficult to get in . Adding One more person was a 1.5 wait . The communication was spotty at times . We found the keypad , finally . The code was a challenge .The second code worked .

Yes host was great, the unit was a little run down, the drawers in the bedroom were broken, the bathroom vanity doors are broken, there was no hot water and the water pressure was so low, you could hardly take a shower. There was one roll of toilet paper with no other rolls any where, and the paper towel in the kitchen had three sheets on the rool. We supplied our own tp and towels. The unit smelled horrible when we came in, the drains had all dried up and the sewer smell was coming out in all the drains. After a couple days it was ok, but for what we paid for the unit for a week it was not worth the price.
