Bay View is a luxury one bedroom apartment right in the centre of Broadstairs, overlooking the scenic Viking Bay, an idyllic location for a relaxing break away.
A refurbishment of the whole apartment was completed to a very high standard in July 2018. The apartment has one bedroom, a spacious double and there is a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge. There is a large double wardrobe and ample storage. The spacious lounge has a comfortable sofa with great sea views for a relaxing break.
A dining table with four chairs together with a SMART internet TV and wireless high-speed fibre broadband are in the lounge. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge as well as a wide range of crockery, cutlery and utensils.
In the bathroom, there is a large shower cubicle along with plentiful supplies of towels for your convenience. This stunning first-floor apartment is accessed by a communal stairwell of 19 steps. There are sea views from the fantastic bay window and also the kitchen window.
A large pay and display car park is right outside the apartment and free parking is a five minute walk away. The town's amenities are within an easy walking distance of the apartment, with Morelli's cafe just around the corner, so everything is conveniently located for your needs, as well as being perfectly situated for exploring the coastline.

It was pleasant and flat had everything you need. It was lovely to watch the sunrise on the sea in the morning.

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean and fantastic location.
Only criticism is the bed is a double and not king size despite being in a large room. It feels too small. Also the main bay window doesnt open properly due to safety I suspect, the side windows open but it nice if they have feature the main one at the top.
Also agents have to be contacted via vrbo as the number doesnt call or text out. This is rather annoying.
Howether overall a pleasant stay and worty the price.

The location is superb, view is stunning. The property has everything you need bar a toilet brush. Unless I did not find it. I have nothing else to moan about and would happily go back there.
