About this cabin rental
Large family friendly cabin with outdoor space and a massive, covered patio. HOT TUB! Air Conditioning/heaters in every room, Fire pit, Shuffle Board, Corn Hole, and enough room for parking your recreational toys and their trailers. (Side by side, boat, snowmobile, etc.) Sleeps 13 people. (4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.) Inside, you will find a warm, cozy, wood-burning fireplace with plenty of space for gathering. Shuffleboard, televisions with CABLE, and gigabyte high-speed internet.
We are not available in person, but we are available via the AIRBNB messaging app if you should need anything.
We are located down a private drive. Please drive no more than 5 MPH and be respectful of property boundaries and no loud noises after 10pm.
*** 5 MPH on driveway.
***Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property. QUIET HOURS are 10:00 p.m.- 8:00 a.m.
HOT TUB RULES:
1. Urinating in the hot tub is strictly forbidden. We check urine levels with a reagent test and a charge for cleaning and refilling will be levied
2. Absolutely no glassware to be used in or around the hot tub
3. Maximum of 6 people in the hot tub at any one time
4. No jumping into the hot tub
5. Use care when entering or exiting the hot tub as surfaces will be slippery
6. No footwear of any kind is allowed in the hot tub
7. Have fun
***Hot tub maintenance and cleaning happens every Wednesday.
***Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or illicit drugs on the property.
***Absolutely no pets. $500 fee if pets are on the property.
***4:00 p.m. check-in. There is a $20 per hour early and late checkout fee assessed to guests. Please contact us if you require an early or late checkout.
- Self check-in with keypad
- Check in after 4:00 p.m.
- Check out at 10:00 a.m.
The guest renting this home must be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.
- You must also acknowledge- Security Deposit – any significant damage will result in loss of $500 security deposit plus cost to fix or replace damages.
-During the winter, 4x4 or AWD is recommended. The road is plowed, but often times it can get slushy or difficult still to get through.
This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.

The house is decked out. Has a wonderful table where 12 people can eat together. Plenty of towels and stocked kitchen. The description of its location is misleading. It is not at the end of a typical cal de sac. It is a dirt road next to small homes and some construction. With this being said, the house itself with the amenities make it a great place that I will book again.

The layout of the home is fantastic. With multiple families staying in one place I was nervous it was going to be crowded. It was not! There was plenty of space for everyone! The location is great. Very close to town but you feel like you are miles away! It is a perfect balance of convenience and seclusion
