The 22 m² apartment is ideal for 2 adults and a maximum of 1 child up to 15 years old and offers the perfect combination of tranquillity, comfort and proximity to the sea.
The equipment includes a comfortable double bed and a single bed that is optimally suitable for a child. The small, functional kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, sink and coffee machine. A dining table for 3 persons, satellite TV and an air conditioning system ensure pleasant living comfort - even on hot summer days.
From the 6 m² balcony with sea view, you can enjoy relaxed hours in the fresh air. Table and chairs invite you to let the day wind down quietly. A parking space directly at the house is available.
The accommodation is located in a quiet, green environment, with the gravel beach only approx. 100 m away. Restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities can be reached within a few minutes, the town centre is located about 4.5 km away.
The Pelješac region offers numerous leisure activities such as swimming, snorkelling, diving, sailing, water sports, boat trips, kayaking, bicycle tours, and wine and olive tastings. Walks along the coast or relaxed beach days are also ideal here.
Included in the price are bed linen, towels, electricity, water, Wi-Fi and kitchen towels. The use of air conditioning and the communal washing machine is possible for a fee. Additionally, a deposit must be left, which will be refunded upon departure.
