Fabulous Mountain and City lights! Natural desert surrounds this lovely home. This home has a large living room with a wood burning fireplace and views of the twinkling city lights. You will have a full kitchen that is open to the dining are living area. The family room is on the other side of the house and has large windows with great mountain views and a wood burning fireplace. The enclosed porch/patio off of the living room is great for reading or just relaxing. You can enjoy the pri

Many large steps in the home, must be ok to take big steps regularly
The Neighborhood:
High end shopping and dining is nearby as well as incredible authentic local Mexican restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and private and the homes are all very spaced out on large lots.

Owners car stored in one garage space
Parking in garage and driveway, Ample parking space
Other Things to Note:
Pool is not available for heating
Spa is very particular and takes assistance to use so this is why its not listed and not available
Must communicate interest in heating at reservation so we have time to schedule and prepare
Must communicate dog size and breed prior to reservation
Must be ok with pet staying off all furniture at all time
