Our building is located on the beach, this unit has an ISLAND view.
Beach front units are available to reserve online up to ten (10) months in advance, however you may call or contact us directly for a reservation up to twelve (12) months in advance.
Please note: We do not allow Sunday or holiday arrivals and require a 7 night minimum stay.

This island-side unit is completely furnished and sleeps a maximum of 4 people. The unit was refurbished in 2016. All bed linens, dishes, cooking and eating utensils are provided. The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances. There are flat screen TVs in the living area and the bedroom with free cable.
Off the living room is a spacious private balcony where you can watch the sunrise over the island while enjoying morning coffee.
It's all here, just step out of the building and you're on the beach!
On behalf of our guests and owners that suffer from asthma and allergies, no pets are allowed on the property. No exceptions! $300 fine.

What a nice property located in the perfect place, steps from the beach and grocery store at walking distance. The property was very clean, nicely decorated, and we had everything we needed. Bill the property manager was very friendly and helpful at all times. The people and community very friendly and safe. Location location location, what a beautiful beach right in the Gulf of Mexico. Our family was extremely happy and we will return.

We could not have been more happy with our stay in beautiful Longboat Key! The condo was perfect for our family of 3, beautifully renovated and decorated! The location is ideal as its close to shopping, restaurants, the local grocery store and CVS, which ate just across the street. The beach was stunning and private with the pool located beachfront. The condos office staff was very helpful, welcoming and lovely to talk to.
