We loved the location, a block from the river walkway & great restaurants (Burger Yum & Urban Churn were favorites). Some might find 2nd street a bit gritty. The stay was spacious & well appointed. Some apartments below had smokers affecting air quality within. We would stay here again.

The location was ideal for my work event. The place itself was comfortable enough. However, as several other reviewers pointed out, the carpeting in the shared spaces of the building and inside the apartment is clearly worn, stained, and smells of smoke.
