Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable living rooms, a smart TV, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and a private balcony, while the secondary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed. Need more sleeping space? There's a futon available as well. We also have a seperate mother in law suite with a full kitchen, bathroom & sleeping area.

Great location for the Sackets Harbor marathon. We enjoyed the sauna and kayaking in the Black River. Not many dining options in Dexter, but close to Sackets Harbor and Watertown options.

Overall, a nice property with great potential, but it needs some attention. The location was peaceful and the setting beautiful, especially being right on the water. However, a few maintenance issues stood out. We found dirty dishes in the cupboard, and the shed had broken boards lying around along with old leaves that hadn’t been cleared. The landscaping needs some major attention. There were visible wasps’ nests in the shed, which made the deck space unusable for us. Of the 11 outdoor chairs, 6 were either cracked or had ripped seats, making them unsafe or uncomfortable to use. While it was great that kayaks were provided, there were no life jackets available, which was a safety concern. The photos in the listing are clearly from quite some time ago. I wish I had taken more photos.With a bit of upkeep, this place could be fantastic. We enjoyed our time but hope to see some maintenace and cleaning take place.
