Step into Paradise, on Okaloosa Island, Seacrest 710. This gorgeous, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom is located on the 7th floor of Seacrest condominiums. When you walk into this unit you’re greeted by the spacious open living room, dining area, and the kitchen.
The kitchen is located on the right and has ample counter space for cooking a feast for 6 or a quick cup of coffee in the Keurig coffee maker. All small appliances such as a blender and toaster are already in the unit. The condo is stocked with all the cookware and dishes you would need to cook without having to pack anything from home. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo, so you don’t have to worry about finding coin laundry anywhere on-site.
The living room features large floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which allows for plenty of natural light and access to the private balcony. The balcony has a small seating area and views of Okaloosa Island and the Gulf of Mexico. Seacrest is a beachside complex so no crossing busy streets to get to the water. There is a large flat screen TV and seating for the whole family.
The guest bedroom has a King-sized bed, ceiling fan, and flat screen TV. The guest bathroom is accessible from the guest bedroom or living area. The Master Bedroom offers a King-sized bed, balcony access, a ceiling fan, and a Flat Screen TV. The private Master Bathroom is only accessible thru the Master Bedroom.

Great location and spacious layout, but bathrooms need attentionThe location delivered exactly what we were hoping for — beautiful beach views right from the unit. The space itself was impressive: a roomy, well-appointed kitchen, clean and functional, and bedrooms that matched the listing description accurately. No surprises there.Where the unit fell short was in the bathrooms. They are in need of a deep clean — the tub in particular — and the walls throughout show staining, scuffing, and paint that is well past due for a refresh. The floors had visible staining as well, and some cracked surfaces needed repair. For the price point of a beach rental, the bathrooms did not meet the standard set by the rest of the unit.Overall, a comfortable stay with a great view and a solid kitchen, but we would encourage the owner to invest in a thorough bathroom cleaning and repainting before the next guests arrive.

Kitchen and bathrooms were below average in terms of cleanliness. The garbage disposal didn’t work. The area rug in the living room was worn out and the corner was turned up creating a trip hazard. Overall maintenance was substandard.Check in was satisfactory.
