About this house rental
This architect's house of 220 m2, facing south, with swimming pool (10x5m, open from May 1st to the end of September), offers an exceptional view of the mountain and the rock of St Julien as well as the village of Buis-les-Baronnies, accessible in 3 minutes by car.
On a plot of 5800 m2, in the middle of olive trees and cypresses and not overlooked, you will taste the calm and charm of the Drôme Provençale from the 3 terraces of the house.
A petanque court, in the shade of the olive trees, is at your disposal.
Our house has a very well equipped kitchen, a large living room with a large bay window, allowing you to enjoy the panorama in all seasons.
A fireplace is at your disposal and a large play area with table football and table tennis await you in the open mezzanine.
The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with 3 toilets, distributed as follows:
1 - A master suite of 30m2:
- 160x200 bed
- private bathroom with shower and toilet
- double south and east exposure
- access to the terrace with a view
2 - a family room
- Bed 140x190
- 2 bunk beds 90x190
- private bathroom with shower and toilet

On arrival, the beds will be ready as well as the towels at your disposal.
Cyclists? We have equipped the garage with bike racks, as Mont Ventoux is only 40 km away.
Hikers? Many hiking trails can be taken from the property.
And for the Provençal market? You can reach the Buis les Baronnies market on foot in less than a quarter of an hour, along the stream below.
In any case, you will enjoy lounging on the three terraces or enjoying the large swimming pool, measuring 10m x 4.5m and around which deckchairs, sunbeds and parasols are at your disposal.
The surrounding area is full of exceptional sites that you can enjoy in any season and whatever your interests.
The region also offers a rich cultural heritage since the property is located only 20 km from Vaison-la-Romaine, 30 km from Nyons, or 65 km from Avignon.

The house is located on a nice and quiet spot just outside Buis. The view from the garden is stunning. During our stay it was very hot; the swimming pool was ideal to ‘keep cool’. The house itself is spacious. The big sliding door connects the living room nicely with the terrace outside. The bathrooms and kitchen could use some modernization. The communication with the owner and housekeeper was pleasant and helpful.

Fantastic stay! Highly recommend.
Really nice property with amazing views and large common areas, perfect to host our family (6 of us) for a long weekend.
With the swimming pool, the petanque court, the barbecue, the mezzanine-playroom (the photos are true to reality) , there was plenty to entertain the 3 generations when we were not out visiting the many places the area has to offer.
All our initial questions about the property were promptly addressed by the owner, Jean-Jacques who convinced us it was the right place for us.
Delphine, the concierge, was as good at answering our follow-up questions once we made the booking. She welcomed us there with a warm smile and told us all we needed to know about the property which made it easier for us.
Pity we couldn’t stay longer to enjoy the place more! We’ll book it again if we have a chance.
