Security & Monitoring: For safety and compliance, a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entry. It is used only to verify occupancy and for emergency purposes—no other cameras or recording devices are present on the property. A Minut noise monitoring device may also be active; it only measures decibel levels and does not record audio, ensuring guest privacy while maintaining neighborhood peace.
Pets: Pets are not typically permitted. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found without authorization—a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee will apply to cover the additional sanitation required.

From A to Z -- the host, the amenities, the location -- of this Vrbo experience was excellent. If you are traveling with teenagers, this home is perfect! We all had privacy, we were all comfortable, and everyone enjoyed the hot tub, pool, putting green and theatre room. EXCEPTIONAL!

Our stay in Arizona was amazing! The home was spotless and perfect for our family time together. There was plenty of room for everyone and the outdoor experience was exactly what we were looking for to host family for our son’s graduation from ASU. The hosts were extremely responsive and easy to contact. Thank you for helping to make our special time with family such an incredible experience!
