Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a family gathering of six couples. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which was a bonus. The location on the lake is beautiful. Our weather was a little chilly, but we just sat by the campfire. This is our second year of staying here we will be returning next year

This was our second time to this location. We had another great time. The fishing was even better so the kids were loving it. Did a little boating, boating and kayaking. We did a lot of floating as the lake was beautiful! Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone had their own. Only problem was fixed asap by the maintenance guy! Thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful time at Timber Lodge for our women's weekend. There was plenty of room for all 12 of us. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the lake, swimming, Kayaking (they have 3 kayaks and one canoe), the hot tub and a camp fire in the evening. They have a nice large table outside on the patio for gathering and eating. We were lucky and had beautiful weather. They do have a goose poop problem on lake and the lakefront area was covered with it. We found a rake and a shovel and cleaned up the lakefront area when we arrived. The geese stay away when someone is there. Property management should clean it up before guests arrive. I did let them know. There are seven bedrooms up stairs, six that have their own bathrooms, the one without will have to share with someone. They have two half baths downstairs. Each bedroom has a window air conditioning unit. The kitchen has one as well. There is a large "smart" refrigerator with water and ice dispenser and a six burner stove. Lots of pots and pans. Could use a few more drink glasses. There is a ceiling fan in the living and dinning area. There was a shelf full of games and a ping pong table. All and all it was a nice place to enjoy our women's reunion. We all had a very good time and really enjoyed the lake.
