Villa Avra

This beautifully finished Villa offers spacious accommodation laid out over three levels and the bonus of having comfy Coco-Mat beds & mattresses. At garden level, the lower floor of the Villa is given over to an innovative inside/outside living area with a table tennis table and comfortable rattan seating for the less active. This shaded area is entirely open to the prettily laid out gardens featuring a covered barbecue area with dining table and of course the lovely private 9m x 4m pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. A great place to enjoy family time whilst soaking up the sun or enjoying a quiet read under the shade of the olive tree in the garden.

Achieving a fine balance between privacy and isolation Villa Avra shares its hillside position with a select few individual villas, sufficiently spaced not to overlook each other.

Guests at Villa Avra marvel at the fine views across terraced hillsides planted with olive trees and down wooded valleys to the sea at Georgioupolis, 6km distant, the starting point of the beautiful 10 km sandy beach

The little village of Maza is almost within wandering distance and although offering little in the way of facilities, it is home to a small taverna on the square run by the irrepressible Kosta, highly rated on tripadvisor and a long time favourite with guests staying in Villa Avra. Vrisses, 3 kms away, has everything you could expect from a small town - bank, butcher, minimarkets, (rather wonderful) baker as well as a handful of tavernas.



Outside Villa Avra

Swimming pool - 9m x 4m tiled swimming pool with roman step entry, 0.85m then sloping down to deep end 1.75m

Sunbathing terrace - sunbeds, umbrellas and shower.

Garden - prettily laid out gardens featuring a terraced rock garden, and lawns.

Barbecue House - BBQ, sink with tap, table and chairs.

Covered chill out area - rattan sofa set, tennis table, open to the garden and pool. Small fridge and washing machine in the store room.

First floor terrace - spacious balcony with chairs, table and sun loungers and panoramic views down to the sea and green valley below.

Ground floor:

Open plan living room

Sitting area – Two comfy sofas, fireplace, plasma TV with satellite (limited channels/news only), DVD player. Picture windows with panoramic view. Patio doors to the first floor balcony with sea view down the valley. Air Con Unit.

Kitchen Area - Wooden fitted cupboards, double sink, electric oven with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, espresso maker (Nespresso original capsules) and fridge freezer. Window above the sink to the garden, door to the covered balcony.

Dining Area - Wooden table and seating for five.

Shower room 1 - walk in shower, washbasin and WC.

Covered balcony - dining table and chairs, views over pool and towards sea.



First Floor

Double bedroom with en suite shower room - 1 double bed, with Coco-mat mattress, fitted wardrobe, double doors to shared balcony with table and chairs and views of the pool and down the valley to the sea. En suite shower, washbasin and WC. Air con unit.

Single bedroom - 1 single bed, wardrobe and double doors to share a spacious balcony with table and chairs and view down the valley to the sea. Air con Unit.



NOTE: The 7th person can be accommodated on a simple folding bed, suitable for a child up to 10-12 yrs old only.



Parking - There is ample parking space off next to the Villa.



Housekeeping

Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and all beds made up.

For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days.

For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen will be changed every 7 days.



Pool/beach towels - one per person for the duration of your stay.
