Quai 18 consists of a spacious entrance leading to a large living area with high ceilings, a living room, and a dining room with three windows offering views of the docks, the prefecture, and Mont Frugy. The beautifully equipped kitchen has one window overlooking the docks and another facing Rue Saint-François, leading to the market halls just 50 meters away.
The night area includes a master suite with a 160cm double bed, an ensuite bathroom with a toilet, a second bedroom with a 140cm double bed, an independent bathroom, and a separate toilet. Both bedrooms feature hotel-quality bedding.
The apartment has south/east/north exposure, making it very bright.
