About this villa rental
Beautiful village house located in the centre of Fornells, it is a single-family dwelling distributed over two floors.
On the ground floor, we find the entrance hall which provides access to two double bedrooms that share an elegant bathroom with shower, both rooms have access to an interior patio. On the first floor, it consists of the third double bedroom with an independent bathroom with shower: there is also a spacious and bright living room-dining room-kitchen that gives access to a balcony/terrace with views of the square. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven etc.
On the upper floor there is a spectacular furnished terrace with outdoor furniture with unbeatable views of Fornells bay. The house has air conditioning in the living room.
The booking of this accommodation implies express acceptance of our Terms and Conditions, available on the Escape Home website.
For groups made up of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.
During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.
The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.
The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.
Tourist tax:
In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearics.
If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.

The space, the view and the location.
It would be improved with a handrail on the stairs because looking down, the natural grain in the timber of each step blends into each other and you have to look very carefully as you take each step.
