It has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room with 2 sliding doors to the inviting terrace.

As you enter this charming condo, the hallway on the right-hand side will lead you to the luminous living room and an open-floor plan kitchen.
It features a grey couch, a large glass dining table that comfortably seats 6, a flat screen smart TV and large sliding doors to access the terrace with its outdoor furniture table and couch.
The living room windows have motorized shades for your convenience.
★Kitchen:
Pods and trash bags provided to start you off.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, a dishwasher, an oven, a stove, a microwave and everything to cook from home. There's also additional seating at the bar.
★Bedrooms:
Bedsheets provided.
The master bedroom is very elegant with its beach theme and decoration in shades of green. It features 3 windows, a TV, a chest of drawers, a king size bed, night stands, lamps, and a nice walk-in closet.
The 2nd bedroom keeps the beach theme in shades of blue. It includes 2 twin size beds, a night stand and lamp, chest of drawers and a closet with hangers. A door accesses the side terrace.
★Bathrooms:
The ensuite master bathroom features a large shower, a sink and a toilet.
The second bathroom includes a tub, sink and toilet.
★Laundry:
The laundry room features a brand-new washer and dryer.
★Outdoor Space:
Corner units are hard to find at the Strand! There are 2 terraces to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather all year long, and a nice view on the pool.
★Amenities:
The Strand offers many advantages: a communal heated pool, a spa, BBQ grills, a gym and a kayak launch. Please note that pool temperature may vary depending on outdoor conditions, and during colder weather, it may not always reach the desired setting. The pool is heated seasonally in accordance with Homeowners Association guidelines. Guests are kindly asked to follow all HOA pool rules, including posted hours of operation.

You can walk along the canal and enjoy the beautiful views of the water!

A wonderful stay at this 2 bedroom condo! We arrived to a welcome bag which was so thoughtful! The unit has everything you need just like home. Easy access to all the fabulous restaurants, walking parks and fun shopping. We made day trips to Siesta Key, Punta Gorda, and Long Boat Key. Would not hesitate to recommend to friend and family. Our plan is to again next year. located to all the fabulous restaurants in Sarasota.

We were very happy with our stay at this condo. It was clean and tastefully furnished. We liked that it is a corner unit with a table on the main balcony for outdoor meals and had a balcony off the guest room. My spouse and I need separate bedrooms so we were glad that the guest room was large enough for an adult (even with the twin beds) and had natural light. An extra bonus was that we could see partial sunsets from the main balcony. We liked the unit so much that we have booked another stay in the winter.
