Welcome to Cooper's Cove!
Come and stay at this newly updated, private 3BR/3BA 2 story home located in the mquiet community of Seatown in west end Panama City Beach.
Enjoy a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short 10 minute drive to Pier Park and other popular Panama City Beach attractions. The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa (comfortably sleeps 10). The upper balcony connects to the front bedroom. The kitchen is large and fully stocked with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, bar seating, and a table set for 4. A washer and dryer are located in the master bathroom and available for use during your stay. There are smart TVs in each of the bedrooms and living room along with free WiFi access. The house has a private backyard area with gazebo seating and grill (gas and charcoal) access. There is plenty of parking available with 2 driveways to comfortably accommodate guests.

This house was beyond our expectations!!! Absolutely adorable, the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking when we wanted to, the house was spotless, also very spacious beyond what we were expecting! The proximity to the beach/shopping/grocery store/entertainment was just perfect! Nathan was an absolute jewel to work with! So helpful and so accommodating for any little thing! We absolutely will be back! I highly recommend this property to anyone

Our stay was excellent! The house is exactly as it appears in the pictures. So comfortable, it felt like home. Fully equipped with everything you need. It’s a perfectly located. The beach is literally across the street and Pier Park (shopping, restaurants, entertainment) a 5 min drive away. What impressed me most was the communication with the host. I’ll admit, I’m annoying. However, Nathan didn’t mind at all. No question went unanswered. He provided recommendations and even checked on us. I rent from VRBO often and I can honestly say this is not normal. Needless to say, I didn’t want to leave and will definitely rent again. Nathan, never change. You are appreciated!

A lovely and relaxing home away from home. Lots of stuff to make our meals in the kitchen. An easy walk to the beach. But also nice quiet area. Great host, relaxing atmosphere. Thanks for a beautiful week for my family!
