Comfy bed, good shower, within walking distance to downtown. All seating uncomfortable for old folks and outside area could have been cleaner, bird poop on chairs. Inside was very clean. Nice and helpful hosts.

We absolutely loved this cozy little getaway! I appreciated that it's so close to downtown so we didn't have to mess with finding parking and could walk all over with no hassle. The scenery felt like a little fairytale and the sauna was a little touch of relaxing luxury. The host, Mary, was wonderful and incredibly helpful.

Easy stay within walking distance of downtown Eureka Springs. Cozy, but doable for 2 or 3 nights. We stayed as a family of 3 with a tween. The loft bed was perfect for her. We saw lots of birds and deer off the deck! We loved how easy it was to walk into town. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful.

This is a very small property not realistic for 4 adults or even 2 adults. The location is great, but was not worth the price per night. There is no room for anything- we lived out of our suit cases that we had to store under the bed so we had room to move around. No where to hang clothes up either. Plus everything in the room is damp. The windows are not insulated and it was very cold in the room and any amount of heat turned into condensation. When we got there we had to immediately go purchase toilet paper because it was all wet. After the first night we had to go get extra blankets because if we turned up the heat, the room got even more damp. The next morning I walked out to a random man on our balcony- while the property was shared with 2 other spaces, he was not those people as we had met them the day before. So we never got to take part on any of those amenities. Never figured out who he was and he was there most of Saturday- made us nervous. Again while ideal location, We did not enjoy the stay for the price we paid.
