Recently renovated beautiful 950 sq ft apartment with separate entrance, kitchen, and laundry from the main house. Hi-speed WiFi allows you to work remote reliably. Located between the mountain and downtown Steamboat on a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the Rollingstone Ranch golf course you can quickly access multiple trails. A perfect place to rent for a month or two and enjoy all the amenities that Steamboat has to offer.
Apartment includes a kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom, and bedroom. It easily accommodates a couple. An additional adult or small children can sleep on the couch.
Owner will be present in the Main house
Nearby trails allow walking or riding a bike to town or the mountain. At least one vehicle is recommended for maximum flexibility in getting to activities, dining, and shopping. Free city bus is a 10 minute walk from the house

Chris’ place was perfect for our month in Steamboat. The space is well furnished and has everything you need for an extended stay. Chris was extremely welcoming and quick to answer any questions. We hope to come back for another stay next year!

Chris’s place was perfect for my wife and our dog. The location is less than 5 minutes from the base area and less than 10 minutes from downtown. The apartment has everything you need including an extremely comfortable king size bed! Chris was extremely easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable about things to do in Steamboat. We would definitely stay with him the next time we come to Steamboat!
