The Minimum rental age is 25. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO TEXT THE OWNER A PICTURE OF YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE BEFORE RECEIVING THE ACCESS CODES TO YOUR MOBILE PHONE.
Check-in time is 4 PM.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS UNIT ACCOMMODATES 2 ADULTS IN PRIMARY WITH 2-3 KIDS IN BUNKS AND SLEEPER SOFA.
June and July require 7-night stays with Saturday check-ins and check-outs.

Condo was great for our beach vacation! Host was equally as great with prompt replies. Cleanliness was OK but the floors had a lot of sandy grit from the previous renters, requiring some cleaning when we arrived, and many surfaces were not dusted. Location of the condo within the resort was perfect for access to amenities during the stay but also led to some unexpected noise later in the evenings and at night. Overall, the property needs a little TLC but worked well and is a great value for what you get!

Great host! continued to check on ya as you stayed, everything was exactly as listed.. very comfy and cozy for small family.

Clean room and the host was amazing! The view was absolutely stunning and the location is pretty good too. The walk to pier park is about a mile. The heated pools in November is a great perk! No major wait time for elevators. Over all a great experience.
