Charming typical apartment with enchanting views of the canal, located in one of the most central and characteristic areas of Venice, 2 minutes from the Rialto Bridge and 10 minutes from Piazza San Marco. The house, equipped with all comforts, is furnished with original furnishings, combined with contemporary design inserts.
The newly renovated apartment is set in a period building, a 5-minute walk from the Rialto water bus stop. It is very central, close to the famous Fondaco dei Tedeschi and very lively, but at the same time quiet and still "Venetian". The house, then, is located in a very quiet street, allowing you to live a truly local experience in all respects. The area served by 2 supermarkets, as well as food and bakeries, bars and restaurants, but also offers numerous shops - not just tourism - and bookshops, which we will provide a detailed list in a small guide written by us that you will find waiting for you in the apartment.

We absolutely LOVED our time here! The living room views are right off the Marco Polo Bridge, and gondolas go down that channel most of the day. The location is in Rialto, so it is so easy to get everywhere, yet it's not on the main path, which was nice as it is a bit quieter. We had such a lovely time staying here! I would absolutely return to this unit!

But the bed was soft and low to the floor.
Found mosquitoes when we opened the windows. Damp weather and cold.
