A splendid villa of 110 sqm newly built fully fenced and totally independent with 2 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, a large living room, fully equipped.
As a large pool of 10 * 5m private and NOT OVERLOOKED !!!
Our rental is located in a really calm and quiet corner ... palm trees in the heart of the village of Djerban Mezraya Shop, Café, Mosque directly accessible on foot.
The price includes the cost of electricity, water and gas, as well as babysitting services, cleaning and maintenance of the garden and pool. Towels and sheets are included.
Your nights are cool and serene was away from any noise

We stayed at Dar Elyas from January 14 to February 23.
One daughter joined us for one week, our other daughter joined us for two.
We all agreed that the photos don’t do the residence justice!!
The residence is situated behind two others, owned by Sofien’s mother.
It is accessed by a lovely, groomed and landscaped pathway of about 40 meters.
Total solitude, privacy and security.
The location (Mezraya) is ideal for jaunts to Houmt Souke, the tourist area and to Mifoun.
Both Sofien and his wonderful mother, Carole, went out of their way be make this trip a memory of a lifetime
