About this chalet rental
5-person property with a large pool located only few minutes from the best coves on the island.
This house for 5 people has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and it stands out for its large swimming pool surrounded by banana trees, a lawn area with umbrellas and hammocks to relax.
The house has only one floor; we enter the house and we find the dining room and living room with a fireplace and a TV.
The house has 3 bedrooms, two bedrooms with 1 double bed and one room with 2 single beds.
Next to the bedrooms, there are two full bathrooms with bathtubs.
It has a very spacious and fully-equipped kitchen with an electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all kitchen utensils. From the kitchen, there is access to the outside porch where we can find a table to eat and with views of the pool and the garden.

Empfang und Übergabe wurde durch die sehr freundliche Besitzerin durchgeführt. Es wurde uns alles gezeigt und erklärt wie das Alarmsystem sowie alle relevanten Dinge.
Spülmaschiene und Waschmaschine waren Nagelneu.
Geschirr , Toster, Kaffeemaschine sowie ein großer,sehr guter Kühl und Gefrierschrank sind vorhanden.
Töpfe und Pfannen usw. in ausreichender Menge in der Küche vorzufinden.
TV Satanlage auch für Deutsche Sender wurde von uns nie benutzt ist aber vorhanden
Ein wunderschöner Pool der alle 4 Tage gereinigt wurde sowie Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirme .
Die Finca wurde 1× die Woche gereinigt sowie Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt und dies ohne Aufpreis .
Eine Klimaanlage ist im Wohnzimmer vorhanden.
Die Besitzer sind sehr bemüht das alles funktioniert und man sich wohlfühlt.
Unser Auto konnten wir in die abschließbare Garagen stellen.
Der Holzkohlegrill am Pool braucht neue Grillgitter und sollte ev. erneuert werden um Ihn viel besser
nutzen zu können.
Die Zeiten der Beleuchtung Pool und Vorplatz sollten vorgelegt werden.
Wenn man spätabends auf die Finca kommt würde ein Licht sehr Helfen da es sehr Dunkel ist z.b
Solarlicht mit Bewegungsmelder.
