Please report any cleanliness issues within 24 hours of check-in. We are unable to address or take responsibility for concerns reported after this window.
There is no daily housekeeping. Fresh linens, towels, and basic supplies are provided at check-in. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee with advance notice.
Accidents happen—please notify us promptly if anything breaks so we can replace it before the next guest. Most cases are resolved without penalties when reported honestly.
🚫 Prohibited Activities
No unregistered guests.
No parties, large gatherings, or speakers anywhere on the property.
No smoking or vaping (including medical cannabis) inside or on the property. A $500 penalty applies.
No loudspeakers allowed at the pool.
No flushing anything except toilet paper. Improper use may result in a $300+ plumbing fee.

Pool Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Clearwater enforces a citywide quiet ordinance from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may lead to eviction without a refund.

Keep personal belongings and valuables inside the unit. Items left outside may be discarded.
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss/damage of personal belongings during your stay.

This rental worked well for a long weekend, though it may be less convenient for stays longer than a week. The location is central and most places were within walking distance. The king size bed was comfortable, and the unit was clean. Antoni communicated clearly, provided straightforward, access instructions, and shared suggestions for nearby places to visit. The main drawbacks were limited clothing storage ( shelves only no dresser drawers – we use the second bed to organize our clothes) and a shower that could use some updating. The space is likely suited for up to two adults; with more than two, it may feel tight and offer limited privacy.

We decided to meet up in Clearwater for a quick girls trip and our stay didn’t disappoint. We loved the old Florida vibe and the view from our room (I walked out to see the dolphins upon my arrival!). Our room was immaculately clean and the amenities on site were fantastic. I would highly recommend!
