Located on a quiet street in Savannah’s National Landmark Historic District, this stunning residence was completely renovated and includes designer touches throughout. This exceptional 1890 property, which originally housed a pharmacy and confectionary, includes exquisite period details, including five original fireplaces, crown moldings, original hardwood floors, high ceilings and two covered verandas overlooking Charlton Street. Our visit to Savannah was made truly special by our stay at this amazing home (pictures don’t do it justice for beauty and space). This location simply couldn’t be beaten - we loved being able to walk to everything in historic Savannah, which was incredibly convent as we were there to see our daughter and attend the film festival. The space itself was beautifully designed, and we particularly appreciated the roominess of the house; it felt incredibly comfortable and spacious. This property is now very high on our list, and we will absolutely look to stay here again if it is available during our next visit to Savannah. Highly Recommend!!!

The Chateau on Charlton was an absolute dream townhouse. The entire property was gorgeous but some of the highlights are phenomenal location for walking, beautiful decor, super comfortable beds, amazing views from outdoor lounging areas and there were lovely hospitality items left for us to make our stay comfortable. We are so looking forward to our trip back to the Chateau!

This home is delightful. My kids loved it and we all felt like royalty staying here. Every corner is beautiful and was the perfect blend of historic charm with modern touches. Location is great on a quiet street but close to anything you’d want to visit in the historic district. We hope to stay here again!!
