About this apartment rental

Duplex renovated by designer with the highest qualities, in a front line beach without roads. Sea and the marina, 3 bedrooms, two doubles, and two bathrooms, 120 square meters in total, terrace, air conditioning in every room, kitchen with hob and dishwasher, washing machine.
Wonderful pool, playground, paddle tennis, tennis court, golf course located at the front. A minute walk to all amenities such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bike rentals, kayaks, paddle boards, windsurfing. Marina Almerimar 500 meters along the promenade.

This properry is a littie quirky. Overall it's a nice apartment but not suitable for young children or people with mobility issues.The spiral staircase is the problem, iit looks lovely but it's quite narrow and difficlut to manage taking things upstairs.There is only on toilet upstars in one of the bedroms, so the other bedroom has to use the toilet downstairs, a little difficult at night.Once to get your head around that, the apatment is lovely and haseverything we needed, although it could benefit from a dishwasher. The complex has a really good pool and overall it is kept really clean and tidy.If we go back to Almerimar we would stay at this property again.

Awesome location just next to the Almerimar beaches, restaurants, and other venues. The apartment is located inside a gated community that has a pool, tennis and paddel tennis courts. Definitely plenty of available activities. My wife and 2 kids found the apartment to have plenty of space. We were very pleased with the kitchen but we found ourselves having dinner and breakfast on the balcony looking over the sea. 5 stars and we will be returning next year
