About this apartment rental
This apartment located in the heart of the metropolitan area at 12 minutes from Luis Muños Marin Airport, (Driving distance): 15 minutes of tourist areas and beaches and about 3 minutes from Plaza Las Americas, the biggest mall in PR. You also will find Walgreens Pharmacy and supermarkets near by.
Due to the high cost of electricity in PR, air conditioning must be turned off whenever you are going out of the apartment.
The apartment has an available second bedroom equipped with a full size bed, A/C and TV with an extra $60 fee not exceeding a 7 night stay for 2 additional guests. If extended stay is needed; please do not hesitate to contact the Host.
Places to eat ( walking distance): you will find chinese food, puerto rican food, fast foods and restaurants.
If you wish to travel north, south, west or east of Puerto Rico, the highway is about a minute away.
Is your check-in is late at night? Don't worry, this is place has an automated check-in with an access code. Access code will be send same day of your arrival.

Please make sure not to spil or clean your make-up with the bedding or towels, any stain you leave on beddings or towels that cannot be remove after laundry wash, a picture will be taken and it will be charge.

A bit run down. Has the necessities--barely. Mattresses uncomfortable and thin blankets with some holes Seemed pretty clean except did see some tiny little bugs on the wall in the bathroom and two flying cockroaches.
Does have a vending machine and one locking gate (the other wasn't working properly), which is nice given the area. The landlord was so sweet and accommodating and provided what we asked for. There's not any good food in the area too.
