Renovated basement with all new amenities and appliances. Located in a quiet neighborhood. 30 mins to downtown Denver, 20 mins to airport, and within 10 mins to light rail station. 2 queen beds, 1 bath, 1 office, kitchen, living and dining room. Private entrance to basement.

The basement is great and clean. There is a designated parking as well. The host tries to respond on time. There stores close by as well.Positive criticism:The smoke detector right above the stove doesn't not help.The shower/tub needs work.

Host and family were very welcoming and friendly. Every time in passing, the host checked that everything was ok or if anything was needed. The unit is the whole basement of a very large house. Very spacious. Unit is supplied with everything you need. TV subscriptions were very extensive. I found more options than I could watch in a year.The picture of the entry way stairs is misleading it is NOT as steep or tight as it looks in the picture. It's a hard angle to get a good picture of.

We stayed in the basement of this home and it was very welcoming and comfortable. The check-in through to check-out was great. The owners were very responsive! It was in a nice neighborhood as well. The Host had motion lights that came on as we walked around the house to the basement area, that was very nice! We had a parking spot in front of the garage too! We slept very well here, the bed was comfortable.

The protperty is in a good area, i found out later that Aurora is mostly scketchy as hell, but this place is in a nice community, clean and tidy. The basement feels like its own house, spacious for even a larger group. Its also only about 30 minutes from the airport so thats nice. And like 4 minutes to a safeway as well. 10/10 would reccomend. If i ever come back to dallas I will Make sure to check its availability.
