About this house rental
Tastefully updated 1300 sq ft, 2 bedroom home with spacious living areas. Large fenced backyard, plus patio, BBQ. All stainless steel appliances. Quiet family friendly neighborhood located conveniently near Mopac. Quick 7 minute drive to downtown Austin and Town Lake or The Domain. Built-in desk/workspace available in 2nd bedroom. Doggie door to the backyard, dogs welcome! (Sorry no cats allowed) Walk or ride bike to restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Carport/driveway and street parking available. **There is an airstream trailer on the property that is fenced separately from the house and separately from the backyard. The gate to access the airstream is on the right side of the property. It is not currently in use as it is still being renovated.

My home is being renovated in Austin and needed a place to stay for a week. This place turned out to be perfect for my son, our dog, and I. The property is well maintained and convenient to many parts of Austin. Would stay there again if the need arises.

It's rare in real estate that the real thing looks better than the pictures, but that's exactly what Sarah has with this great property off of Hancock. We needed a temporary place to stay to work/school from home while some remodeling was being done at our home in Austin and thus the stay.
Sarah is a great host and lives close by. She was very upfront about condition of the property (there was some temporary digging going on to install a pool next door and she let us know before accepting the reservation) and a good communicator all around. We would have stayed longer but she was all booked up!
