Welcome to our pleasant family villa of 135m2 (7 rooms) located in the heart of the Verdon Regional Park and 5 minutes from all amenities!
In traditional Provençal style and in a quiet and natural environment, enjoy the relaxing view of the 1860m² garden magnificently planted with hundred-year-old olive trees.
On one level, you have comfort and quality for 10 people with private garden, veranda, swimming pool and pool-house.
15 mins from the Gorges du Verdon, 5 minutes from the town centre of Régusse and 1h15 from the TGV station of Aix or the sea.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
On one level, you will have comfort and quality for 10 people with a 7-room villa spread over 135m2 and comprising:
- a beautiful bright living room with exposed beams, French windows, fireplace, TV with DVD player, table football;
- a fully equipped kitchen with its large dining table and dishwasher;
- 5 bedrooms (3 with double beds, 2 of which are 10 and 12m2 and 1 with an attic; 1 with a sofa bed; 1 with a bunk bed for 3 single beds) and an eighth bed via the sofa bed in the living room;
- 3 bathrooms with bath, shower, washing machine;
- 4 toilets (two of which are independent);
- a veranda with a view of the superb estate, large dining table and another TV area;
- a tiled swimming pool and its equipped pool-house (barbecue, sofa, deckchairs, dining table, sink, toilet, ping pong table, etc.)
The ideal location allows easy access to various typical Provençal villages and their markets (including Régusse, which also has a large supermarket 5 minutes away) and multiple activities in nature (walks, hikes, equestrian center, educational farm, water activities...).
With its quiet environment, the rental of our villa is intended for people who respect the place, looking for a holiday that is both entertaining and relaxing (for the respect of the neighborhood: parties prohibited; noise limitation after 10 p.m. and music forbidden in the pool house in the evening).
