Cozy and modern house of 80 m², overlooking the garden in Piriac-sur-Mer which has 2 bedrooms (one with a queen size bed, and the second which has two pull-out beds). In the living room, the sofa unfolds to offer you an additional bed. The house can therefore comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. You will find a shower room. It has a garden with terrace equipped with garden furniture, an outdoor shower and a barbecue, outdoor parking in the same building, a TV and an iron. The American kitchen with induction hob is equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, toaster, kettle and juicer.
