Welcome to the Landes le lagunak, in Labenne-Océan, a coastal town in the south of the Landes. Surrounded by pine trees and a stone's throw from the ocean, it is the ideal place to recharge your batteries with friends or family. and enjoy a relaxing and welcoming setting.
Quiet area. private garden -bicycles available- shops-restaurants-aquat park- animal- robinson-tennis-jogging or mountain biking in the forest-surf school-Spain at 40kms-Bayonne - Biarritz at 20mn-pets tolerated if not noisy-preferably no smoking
Very nice garden, with barbecue, garden furniture, parasol.
After going to the ocean, you can rest on sunbeds and enjoy the heated swimming pool
We are located 300 m from the Avenue de l'Océan bike path.
You arrive at the beach esplanade overlooking the ocean.
It is a must-see place to live in Labenne-Océan: to access the beach during the day, spend a moment with the children in the playground, have a drink on the terrace at the end of the day, admire the sunset.
Two walks on the dune offer a magnificent view:
on the dunes and the port of Capbreton to the north (you will see the bell tower of the Sainte-Thérèse chapel).
on the bay of the Basque Coast and the nearby Pyrenees to the south.
Labenne beach backs onto the forest of maritime pines and cork oaks. The main beach is supervised from mid-June to mid-September.
No parking problems. The villa has a driveway that can accommodate 2 vehicles.
You can also park your vehicles in front of the villa
